We recently had the pleasure of attending this year’s Christmas at the Botanics to help us kick off the holiday season. The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) has been transformed into a festive light trail, complete with sparkling lights, Christmas trees, and even a fire garden. As we walked through the Gardens, we couldn't help but feel a sense of peace and relaxation- something we have been in short supply of as of late. The carefully curated light displays were delightful, and I found myself stopping at each one to take it all in. Here's just a glimpse into some of the highlights from the magical light trail:

In addition to the lights, there were various food and drink stalls throughout the gardens, offering everything from mulled wine to hot cocoa and tasty treats.
And of course, no Christmas event is complete without a visit from Santa himself! Children and adults alike were thrilled to meet the jolly old man and take photos with him.
